The room was very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and polite .All in all a great experience and not too far away from the City center. It's an approx. a 10-15 min walk there.
I was looking for a budget hotel, but this stay surpassed my expectations. My room was spacious and comfortable. The location is very good as well, walking distance from the City Center. It took less than 15 minutes for me to go to the "Basilica Palladiana"
My regular stay hotel in Vicenza. Quite place with lavish breakfast. No restaurant for lunch and dinner. One more time i am here in this nice Hotel

The employees are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious enough for a family of 6. The breakfast was delicious and room service was quick. The location was also convenient. We look forward to staying there again!
Wonderful stay. We stayed here for almost two weeks while we moved to Italy. Amazing breakfast, great room, and friendly and kind staff. Definitely recommend staying here when in Vicenza!
Very upset with how I was treated. While vast majority of staff were lovely, there was one receptionist who was incredibly rude and aggressive. While there were issues around booking , he became very insistent about payment and not changing any booking as a result I ended up paying for an extra night. As a woman traveling by herself, this was highly upsetting. On top of that , he was very rude to me for the remainder of the trip and claimed he did no wrong. I hope you do better next time.
The sound insulation is very bad, and often woken up by the next door or upstairs in the middle of the night. You can hear what's going on next door or upstairs. NOT recommended if you do need rest.
The staff was amazing very helpful and friendly i felt like i was at some friends house. It is very well placed at around 1,5 km from the train station and 1km from the old town.The rooms are large and bright and it is very clean. I would stay there again if i had the chance.
